On the matter of LOST

Yes LOST is only a t.v. show, but if you watched it, it became a part of you. We watched these characters for 6 crazy seasons and you grow attached to them. I rooted for them, cried for them, cheered for them...and occasionally couldn't wait for some to be axed * cough cough Shannon, Nikki and Paulo-who?*

Usually people cut these posts to not spoil, but eh no one really reads this anyways and the few who do have already seen the finale.

A tad bit ironic that the finale has the fans split over loving it or hating it. Kind of like Jacob and the Man in Black. Yes, I think THAT much into it :D

Now with this past season we had the side universe, which I enjoyed. i liked how everyone still ending up meeting one another and helping each other out, regardless of the plane crashing. And c'mon how great was it when Desmond gets his revenge on smokey! And the Richard episode was classic, CLASSIC!

The side universe in the finale was slightly different though. Everyone seemed content and more accepting to the events that were bringing them together, even if they didn't know at first.

Part of me kept yelling in my head, don't hurt Des! Desmond and Penny always!

I really liked seeing pretty much all the characters again...well maybe not Shannon, but it helped the storyline! Rose and Bernard! I love them! They're so content in basically their own little world with Vincent. Haha bring drama to us and we'll make sure you're fed before we kick you out!

Daniel playing piano with Charlie and Liam, um hell yes! of course I loved seeing Charlie again, I almost bawled when he remembered everything with Claire.

Sun and Jin too! their death was so sad,but sweet since they stayed together.

Awww and Juliet and Sawyer again! Too much to take in!

yes Frank lived! I kind of had a feeling he would, great character!

Even though Kate got annoying towards the end and a lot of people wanted her to die, it was sweet seeing the whole Jate storyline again.

Noble Jack, it was soo hard watching him slowly die, but what a brilliant ending! And the plane flying overhead. Really hard to hold back the tears when Vincent stayed with him.

I would love to see Hurley and Ben run the island! Great spin-off! number 1 and number 2!

it was nice knowing, with all the struggles and deaths and conflicts, that in the end some people did finally once and for all make it off the island to continue their lives. Richard FINALLY!!!!

And once their time was up on this Earth they all would be reunited again! Like the end of Titanic! But I loved that ending, both these endings!

love it or hate it, everyone is still talking about after the fact. Which was part of the intent! The creators wanted people to continue discussing it and making theories up after the final episode.

I'll have to watch it again to really let it all sink in.

I'm content with it. Everyone is going to have different expectations of it and opinions about it, but that's how it's always been.

I stay with Jacob on this one.
